• Menstrual cycle and health symptom data (if you choose to log it)
• Food intake and nutrition logs
• Workout logs, custom programs, and training history
• Messages or feedback submitted via contact forms

Information collected automatically:

• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• App usage data: features accessed, session duration, interaction patterns
• Crash reports and diagnostic data
• IP address and approximate location (city/region level)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Generate your personalized Daily Readiness score and training recommendations
• Power AI-driven nutrition coaching and workout planning features
• Improve App performance, features, and user experience
• Send transactional communications (account verification, updates, support responses)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your health data for advertising purposes.

3. Health Data

SEMI Brands LLC may collect sensitive health information including menstrual cycle data, HRV, sleep quality, nutrition intake, and fitness activity. This data is used exclusively to provide and improve the App's core features. It is never shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Health data you log manually (cycle tracking, symptoms, food, workouts) is stored in your account and processed on our secure servers.

You may delete your health data at any time by deleting the relevant entries within the App or by requesting account deletion (see Section 9).

4. AI-Powered Features

SEMI Fit uses artificial intelligence to power certain features, including personalized workout program generation, the AI Coach, nutrition coaching, food logging assistance, form checking, and exercise suggestions.

When you use these features, relevant data — which may include your training goals, equipment, injury or medical information you've chosen to share, food logs, photos, or workout videos — is sent to a third-party AI service to generate your personalized results.

This data is used solely to power these features and improve your experience. It is never sold, and is never used for third-party advertising or shared with data brokers.

You can choose not to use AI-powered features at any time — during onboarding, or later in Settings — without losing access to the rest of the App.

5. Third-Party Integrations

We may in the future integrate with third-party health platforms to enhance your experience within the App. When such integrations become available, each platform's own privacy policy will govern how they handle your data on their side. Details will be listed here when integrations are available.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: trusted third parties who assist in operating the App (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government authority
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — you will be notified before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy
• With your consent: for any other purpose with your explicit agreement

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls limiting who can view your data.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can delete your account directly within the App at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business interests (such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution).

9. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your account and associated personal data
• Export a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@wearsemi.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an in-app or email notification. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
