We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your health data for advertising purposes.
3. Health Data
SEMI may collect sensitive health information including menstrual cycle data, HRV, sleep quality, nutrition intake, and fitness activity. This data is used exclusively to provide and improve the App's core features. It is never shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Health data you log manually (cycle tracking, symptoms, food, workouts) is stored in your account and processed on our secure servers. Wearable health data is fetched directly from the connected platform and stored to power your readiness score and insights.
You may delete your health data at any time by deleting the relevant entries within the App or by requesting account deletion (see Section 8).
4. Third-Party Integrations
The App integrates with the following third-party health platforms when you choose to connect them. Each platform's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data on their side.
- Google Fit / Health Connect — when connected, we access activity, heart rate, and sleep data via Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. Google's Privacy Policy applies to data held by Google.
- Fitbit — when connected, we access steps, sleep, heart rate, and active minutes via Fitbit's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. Fitbit's Privacy Policy applies to data held by Fitbit.
- Garmin Connect — when connected, we access activity, HRV, sleep, and readiness data via Garmin's OAuth authorization flow. Garmin's Privacy Policy applies.
- Oura Ring — integration coming soon. When available, we will access sleep, readiness, and HRV data via Oura's API. Oura's Privacy Policy will apply.
- ROOK Health — we use ROOK as a secure backend aggregation layer to normalize health data from connected platforms. ROOK acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not independently use your health data. See ROOK's privacy documentation for further details.
You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Connected Devices screen within the App.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: trusted third parties who assist in operating the App (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government authority
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — you will be notified before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy
- With your consent: for any other purpose with your explicit agreement
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls limiting who can view your data.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business interests (such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an in-app or email notification. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
